Listen to This Album When You’re:

About to throw a party.

Super unique and artistic, I love it.

Want to Own on Vinyl?:

Yeah it almost demands to be listened to on vinyl.

Final Thoughts:

I’ll admit it, I’m not a huge fan of House as a genre, repetitive music just doesn’t do it for me, and the lyrics are usually too basic and shallow. But Kaytranada does it different, not only is he interesting stylistically, he recruits some heavy weights (BADBADNOTGOOD, Little Dragon, and AlunaGeorge to name a few of my personal favourites) to help him on this album. The album flows really really well, and there’s never a boring moment. It’s diverse enough while following a similar theme that makes it feel like an album and not a playlist. One of the most delightful artists I’ve rolled the dice on in a long time.
