Favourite Song on Album:

Listen to This Album When You’re:

Want a good mix of classic hip hop with dirty south rap.

Thoughts on Album Cover:

It’s one of those covers that really pulls you in. The reason I gave this record a shot was mostly because of the cover art (and the relation with J. Cole).

Want to Own on Vinyl?:

Nah, it’s fine just in a mix on my itunes.

Final Thoughts:

Bas has some real potential, it’s really clear on tracks like My Nigga Just Made Bail and Building Blocks (interlude), I feel like if he just stuck to the quality of those songs instead of trying something different, such as the instantly irritating track Donk Of The Day, he’d have an album that we’d want to invest more time in.
